Patrick “Grey” Gillette has practiced in North Carolina throughout his career. His prior experience in business translates well to healthcare as he strives to create and explore value with his patients and guide them to the best treatment plan tailored to their needs and priorities. As a PA, Grey worked in primary care and cosmetic surgery before exploring his passion for psychiatry.
In 2024, he started Wendell Psychiatry to broaden the reach and impact of his services directly to the community in which he chose to grow and raise his family.
His treatment approach combines pharmacological expertise with an emphasis on practical lifestyle adjustments and he strongly supports appropriate therapy involvement.
He enjoys seeing anyone at any age from any background with a particular interest in ADHD and Autism.
Outside of work, Grey enjoys exploring the world with his wife and three sons.
Kathryn Gillette, DPT
Founder - Practice Manager
Kathryn Gillette has worked across inpatient and outpatient physical therapy in North Carolina and Virginia for the past 12yrs, giving her firsthand insight into patient care and healthcare systems. Her clinical experience informs her approach to operations and ensures that care delivery is both efficient and compassionate. As a mother of three, she also brings personal experience with the challenges families face navigating care, which shapes her perspective and priorities when supporting patients and their families.
She is passionate about providing honest, high-quality care and is integral to the smooth running of Wendell Psychiatry. Kathryn manages scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, and day-to-day operations, supporting both patients and the clinical team.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and staying active.
